RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return your order for any reason please call 830-990-1212 so you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date (or date received, if special order) will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item was shipped at no charge, the shipping paid by YourBedPillow will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
